You'll need a commercial invoice, air waybill (AWB), packing list, and any required import/export permits. Please note that requirements vary by destination and cargo type. The shipper is responsible for providing complete documentation at drop-off.
All cargo must be packaged and labelled in accordance with IATA and Expair Cargo standards. Since requirements can vary by shipment, contact us for the latest guidelines.
Use our online tracking tool with the AWB number assigned at the time of booking to monitor your cargo's location and status in real time.
Cost depends on weight, dimensions, cargo type, origin/destination, and any add-on services like refrigeration. Additional charges may apply for handling, customs clearance, screening, or special handling. All cargo must be prepaid, as we don't offer collect shipping.
You'll need a valid ID matching the AWB consignee, along with your AWB tracking number. Drop-off/pick-up locations and hours are confirmed at the time of booking — contact customer service for the most current schedule.
Once cleared by customs, responsibility shifts to the consignee named on the AWB, including pick-up, duties/fees, and local compliance.
